1. How far in advance can I book?
You can book up to 5 days in advance.

2. Is a deposit required?
No advance deposit is required.

3. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule at no extra charge. Please notify us as early as possible. New appointments are subject to availability.

4. Are walk-ins welcome?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome, subject to therapist availability.

Yes, we have a minimum tipping policy. Please ask our team for details before your service.

การมาสาย
หากมาสายเกิน 30 นาทีโดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า หรือทางร้านไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ ทางร้านอาจยกเลิกการจองหรือปรับเปลี่ยนช่วงเวลาให้บริการ เพื่อไม่ให้กระทบต่อลูกค้าท่านอื่น
การไม่มาตามนัด
หากไม่มาตามนัดโดยไม่แจ้งยกเลิก หรือไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์งดรับจองออนไลน์ในครั้งถัดไป โดยยังสามารถเข้าใช้บริการแบบ Walk-in ได้ตามคิวว่าง
ข้อความไม่เหมาะสมและสแปม
บัญชีที่มีพฤติกรรมเข้าข่ายหลอกลวง ส่งข้อความหรือลิงก์ที่ไม่น่าเชื่อถือ ส่งข้อความซ้ำในลักษณะรบกวน หรือใช้ถ้อยคำไม่สุภาพ อาจถูกจัดเป็นสแปม ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์หยุดตอบกลับ บล็อก หรือรายงานบัญชีดังกล่าว
เพื่อความปลอดภัยของลูกค้าและพนักงาน ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธหรือยุติการให้บริการแก่ผู้ที่อยู่ภายใต้อิทธิพลของสุรา สารมึนเมา หรือสารเสพติด รวมถึงผู้ที่มีภาวะสุขภาพหรือข้อห้ามที่ทำให้การนวดไม่เหมาะสมหรือไม่ปลอดภัย
หากระหว่างให้บริการพบว่าลูกค้ามีพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว รุนแรง ข่มขู่ หรือคุกคาม ซึ่งส่งผลต่อความปลอดภัยหรือสภาพจิตใจของพนักงาน หรือร บกวนการใช้บริการของลูกค้าท่านอื่น ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยุติการให้บริการทันที
Booking & Communication Policy
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, or we are unable to reach you, we may cancel or adjust your appointment to avoid affecting other guests.
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without cancelling, or cannot be reached regarding your missed appointment, we reserve the right to decline your next online booking. You may still visit as a walk-in, subject to availability.
Inappropriate Messages & SpamAccounts showing signs of fraudulent activity, sending suspicious messages or links, repeatedly sending disruptive messages, or using abusive language may be treated as spam. We reserve the right to stop responding to, block, or report such accounts.
For the safety of our guests and staff, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for anyone under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, or illicit drugs, or whose health condition or contraindications make massage unsuitable or unsafe.
If a guest displays aggressive, violent, threatening, or harassing behaviour during a session that affects staff safety or emotional well-being, or disrupts other guests, we reserve the right to terminate the service immediately.
